The exterior layers of these Lily Pads is also wonderful. The top layer is made from super high-quality, quilt shop cottons. This material is much softer and will last longer than many normal cottons you would find. The bottom layer is made from super-soft, cotton flannel. The flannel makes the blanket even softer, and is great on your skin!

These blankets are best cared for as so: Machine wash cold, then hang to dry. Once dry, feel free to toss them in the drier for about 10 minutes. Also feel free to press with a warm iron if you would like. This washing method also helps conserve water.
